Terms of Service

By creating an account or using SOBTC.NET, you agree to these terms.

SOBTC.NET provides a decentralized platform for Bitcoin donations and content publishing. Use of this platform constitutes acceptance of all terms below.

1. PROHIBITED CONTENT AND CONDUCT

The following are strictly prohibited on SOBTC.NET:

— Money laundering or any attempt to conceal the proceeds of illegal activity
— Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual exploitation of minors
— Terrorism financing, promotion, or recruitment
— Content inciting violence, hatred, or discrimination
— Illicit trade including narcotics, weapons, and counterfeit goods
— Fraud, phishing, and financial scams
— Harassment, stalking, or targeted abuse of individuals
— Any activity that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction
1B. IMAGE CONTENT POLICY

All images uploaded to SOBTC.NET — including profile avatars and advertisement banners — must comply with the following standards:

✓ Logos, brand graphics, and product images
✓ Illustrations, designs, and abstract art
✓ Professional profile photos

The following image content is strictly prohibited:

— Nudity, sexual content, or pornographic material of any kind
— Graphic violence, gore, blood, or imagery of harm
— Any image depicting or exploiting minors
— Hateful symbols, extremist imagery, or incitement material
— Deceptive or misleading imagery designed to impersonate others

Violations are subject to immediate removal. Repeated violations result in permanent account suspension without refund of any payments made.

2. BITCOIN TRANSACTIONS

All Bitcoin transactions are final and irreversible by nature of the blockchain. SOBTC.NET does not control, hold, or have access to your funds. Your wallet and private keys are managed through the SUBTC Protocol. You are solely responsible for the security of your BTC KEY.

SOBTC.NET is a receiving gateway — not a custodian. Funds received through your profile are held temporarily until you initiate a withdrawal. We strongly recommend withdrawing to your own Bitcoin or cold wallet regularly. The platform will alert you when your balance exceeds the minimum withdrawal threshold (100,000 sat).

SOBTC.NET assumes no liability for funds that remain on the platform beyond a reasonable withdrawal period. Users are solely responsible for initiating withdrawals in a timely manner.

3. CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY

Content published on SOBTC.NET is stored on IPFS and may be permanent. You are solely responsible for content you publish. SOBTC.NET does not pre-screen content but may take action on reported violations.

4. AUTOMATIC CONTENT DELETION — 24 HOURS

All posts are automatically removed from SOBTC.NET after 24 hours from the date of publication. This policy applies to all content without exception.

This is not a punitive measure — it is a deliberate privacy and security design decision. Automatic deletion protects users from unintended long-term exposure of their published content, reduces the platform's legal liability surface, and prevents search engines from indexing and distributing content beyond its intended lifespan.

Deletion removes the content reference from SOBTC.NET's index. Search engines are notified automatically so cached versions are deindexed. Note that IPFS nodes operated by third parties may retain content independently of SOBTC.NET's deletion policy.

4. PLATFORM FEES

SOBTC.NET charges no fees on donations received. A network fee is deducted by the SUBTC Protocol upon withdrawal — this covers Bitcoin miner fees. We reserve the right to adjust minimum withdrawal amounts.

5. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

SOBTC.NET reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, particularly those involved in financial crime, exploitation, or terrorism. Your Bitcoin wallet balance remains withdrawable unless frozen by legal order.

6. DISCLAIMER

SOBTC.NET is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for loss of funds due to user error, network conditions, or external factors. Bitcoin is a volatile asset — use at your own risk.
